I have been with the company for 5 years now and moved from inside to outside sales, so my OTE is way below market value. The only way to get anywhere closer to market value would be leaving to go elsewhere. Aquisition of Juniper has more questions than answers for the sales force. Lots of people leaving due to this. Major account transitions and changes.

If you're in a Sales or SE role, looking for a job, avoid HPE Aruba at all costs. The leadership vision is poorly delivered to the market, as well as internally. Their comp program is highly flawed, often inaccurate.
