Former Employee I had an incredible direct manager, and the new leadership that was coming in was great. I felt that they didn't take enough time to let me onboard. I also struggled because I had to split all my sales commissions with other reps for the first few months who claimed to be managing those opportunities. That made it difficult since their was no ramp period. I have heard things have changed for the better now. My former leader is still there and is awesome.
