challenging time to be at clari right now. Nice people and great culture but unfortunately don't have great leadership in place across many departments, which ultimately leads to a very frustrating experience in many ways. the product has not really progressed in a meaningful way over the past year and a half, which shows in retention and growth numbers.

The company had a strong outbound sales process and an excellent culture that really invested in people. Robust training programs clearly defined what “great” looked like and set us up for success.
