Former Employee3.1Jun 26, 2023HackerRank was an okay place to work and make a living but felt very reactive to the market with chaotic leadership and strategy. HackerRank has a great brand but the market has caught up and continued to innovate while HR tech felt stagnant.

Former Employee2.1Nov 22, 2023My overall experience was pretty negative, I joined the organisation and had 1 run through of the product and that was my training done. Absolutely no coaching, development at all and such a shame as the product was really good, just the team was poorly managed.
