Karat was a unicorn in the space. Soon after I was brought on, they did a 25% reduction in force due to a hard market shift and uneasiness around AI, and how it would be used in coding. Due to that, Karat did another reduction in force with another 25%. It was a great company to work for in the short term I was there.
