Former Employee3.6Sep 27, 2024Nothing bad to say about HackerOne, great company and great product. However, certain AEs made the job not worth it by asking you to do all of their dirty work so all they have left to do was sign contracts.

Former Employee3.4Jan 27, 2025Overall experience was alright. Team was very spread thin, lacked supporting resources, and asked to cover hundreds of accounts. Majority of customers are happy but quality of service was decreasing and many competitors were undercutting on price. Tough fight but company and teammates were great
