Lots of slow, complex and error prone processes. Never seen something similar, it's mindblowing.
Cumbersome rev recognition with baseline, winbacks and multi-year policies to reduce the bookings and commissions at each corners.
No CRO and CMO for 7 months, No CFO and CPO (People officer) for a couple of months now.
Lots of Micromanagement since the new CEO joined. Besides the usual sheets and documents to fill up on top of SFDC, now a 7-page presentation per deal including customer phone numbers...
Company culture in EMEA tainted by upper management.
