Good company with many staff with 10+ years tenure. Benefits are average as is the pay. Senior Management very distant from work force but to be expected at such a large global company.

Overall positive but the organization went south in my later years here. No personal development or product training. Product strategy not aligned with the North American market. Once popular legacy apps left to rot on the vine. Comp a little below average. They do a good job of leaving you alone to do your job.
