Current Employee Leadership is terrible, they have no empathy or a clue about what's going on at the forefront, they just talk at you and tell you what to do instead of asking how they could help. They give unattainable goal standards, and they take their frustration our on their employees instead of listening to them and adjusting to the market. They will do anything to pay their employees less or keep them at a lower salary.
