Internal support teams continue to further optimize for and within their own silo, without knowledge or care of how and where they fit within the broader ecosystem. This creates unnecessary internal administrative burden for sellers. HERE leadership either doesn't have the bandwidth to tackle this or is just not concerned with this reality.
