Current Employee The organization claims to be inclusive but suffers from excessive management layers. Although there's extensive training, it's often irrelevant to the actual job. Sales reps are burdened with the entire sales process, yet performance reviews are counterproductive. There's no sales quota, and the sales managers, while pleasant, lack effectiveness. Surprisingly, despite being a marketing company, there's a lack of marketing efforts.
