Hibu is just ok. If you are in desperate need of a new role then it isn’t bad. Just don’t expect anything crazy. Low base pay with a service that is in an extremely saturated market.

solid so far - if you actively hit quota and stay on the top commission tier, you're in for a good time. if not you'll see a decent amount of turnover
