Former Employee Training was lengthy yet not specific enough to the day to day operations more of an overview of the industry which is also important yet I would have preferred better strategies around day to day success. I did not see a huge demand for the product in the market I served, the sales cycle was very long very few made sales monthly or even quarterly yet they seemed to highlight the very few exceptions of the company far too often. Would be nice if everyone was having decent success and of course the top performers excelling. It seemed like only the top performers were surviving here. Base pay and benefits were great. Yet when I had a sale in they either fell through the customer lost interest because of the higher than market value investment with us or they did not like the product/service when they became a client.
