Good leaders, and decent benefits but the product isn't great. Leads are provided but they're not necessarily qualified and will never be in the market for what you're offering.

My overall experience was good, however you have to produce a decent amount of volume within your first 3 months to retain your position. For executives that are not focused or do not work on their strategies or opportunities outside of working hours will fund it hard to excel.
