Current Employee My overall experience was good, however you have to produce a decent amount of volume within your first 3 months to retain your position. For executives that are not focused or do not work on their strategies or opportunities outside of working hours will fund it hard to excel. You need to have money saved up before starting this job as it takes a few months to ramp up your commissions.
