My experience is not great. There are some amazing people at the company that make it bearable. That said, there is little strategy with outbound work and prospecting. The expectations are continuously increasing and I've spent more time cold calling lack luster lead lists than anything. There is little inbound, very few reps are able to consistently hit quota.

Expectations from leadership have sky rocketed. Most of the work day consists of cold calling tiny centers, very little strategy with outreach, yet reps are still held to high metrics
