Former Employee I joined HireVue after working for a competitor previously. Also joined at the peak of Covid when everyone was looking for a solution to now hiring remote only.
My director at the time was phenomenal. He was a great resource, mentor and coach.
However due to internal restructuring, I was moved to a team with no manager, and the internal process that was being used was changed without any knowledge to the reps. CRO was later let go/quit. They also did a reduction in force.
