Former Employee They have a nice product that mostly works only if the job market is hot.
They have nice company trips and a great training program.
The manager who hired me quit immediately after I signed the offer letter. He later on told me that the sales culture was broken and the top rep has more influence on the company than the CEO himself.
I found this to be true.
Overall the recruitment tech industry is unstable and fluctuates a lot due to constant changes to the job market.
Lead distribution was poorly managed and corporate politics prevented talented reps to shine. If you were shining more than the senior reps, you would get attacked immediately.
