Former Employee The company is struggling due to a downturn in the market, as well as a lack of fit within the market space. While all start-ups have an element of chaos to them, hireEZ took this to the next level by changing product direction without thought or warning, leaving the sales team to scramble to tell customers what they could actually expect on the product roadmap. Sales would often be selling features that were later delayed or pulled back, leaving customer success to resell the product at renewal, which made customers difficult to retain.
