Working at HiveMQ has been a nightmare. Management is disorganized and communication is virtually nonexistent, leaving employees confused and frustrated. The workload is overwhelming with unrealistic expectations and tight deadlines, leading to mental exhaustion. However, the worst part is the lack of appreciation for employees. Despite hard work, we're treated as disposable assets, with no sense of camaraderie. HiveMQ is a sinking ship with no hope of redemption. Steer clear to save yourself the headache.
