Former Employee At first glance, this company looks like a dream — snacks, a Nintendo Switch, ping pong! But the moment you actually use any of it, leadership will passive-aggressively remind you that “real top performers don’t take breaks.”
Feedback is technically welcome — as long as it’s overwhelmingly positive, sugar-coated, and delivered in interpretive dance. Anything critical? You’ll be labeled “uncommitted” and gently told to find the door.
Micromanagement here is an art form. Your breaks, your body language, even your lunch buddies are monitored. Weekly one-on-ones? Just small talk and a peek at call stats. If you’re a BDR, your manager is basically a hologram (unless it’s your day off — then he’ll call to tell you he didn’t like your tone).
Marketing? Think ghost town. You’ll spend more time creating webinar leads than booking meetings — because why would BDRs do sales?
The pay? Let’s just say McDonald’s might be an upgrade. Top reps who bring in half a million get an extra $200… and a fedora. Yes, a literal hat.
Over 20 reps left last quarter, and leadership’s response? Gossip and denial.
If you like being underpaid and over-managed — but hey, fedora! — this is your place. Browse Other Reviews
