Current Employee I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. No breaks, no flexibility and the employees are encouraged and praised for not eating throughout the day. The throttle is always up to 200%. Major gaps in benefits and many benefits that were promised have not been received. Low morale all around. The CEO is pompous and does not listen to any of his employees. Low pay. Our direct competitor Guesty pays their employees much more. Leadership do not disclose career trajectory and most employees are not promoted within the company. Multiple layoffs per month. The company writes fake reviews on the product itself and on Repvue and Glassdoor. The company is failing and is extremely toxic.
