I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. No breaks, no flexibility and the employees are encouraged and praised for not eating throughout the day. The throttle is always up to 200%. Been there for 4 months and it has been great. Awesome culture and good people. Like any sales org there of course are some things that could be better, but overall most SDRs are smashing quota & comp. Is great.
