Mid level management is great and super supportive. However, there are unrealistic sales goals set by leaders (not mid level managers) which causes high turnover. Also this job is entirely on the phone, so be prepared to call all day, every day

Been there for 4 months and it has been great. Awesome culture and good people. Like any sales org there of course are some things that could be better, but overall most SDRs are smashing quota & comp. Is great.
