I enjoy working at Hostaway and am passionate about the work I do, but the compensation is not competitive and there have been major gaps in benefits, compensation, and a severe lack of work/life balance. The throttle is always to 100%, and even when throttled up, top performers earn substantially less than they would at other software companies, in both base and commission.

My overall experience is fulfilling. It's been a great opportunity to learn and grow my sales skills. The executive team are first class with their ability to lead the company to success. They create a very transparent culture sharing the strategies and roadmap ahead.
