Only work at this company if…. 1) live at home and can afford to be severely underpaid 2) New to sales and need experience Be sure to have an exit strategy within 6 - 12 months. No product market fit for all lines of business, struggling to evolve with modern workplace / economy. Management in denial of why they are so unsuccessful, blames sales team despite them being the one constant. Run by lifers, creates a very insulated culture not equipped for change. Couldn’t care less about their reputation, customers or employees. High risk low reward.

My overall experience was absolutely terrible! Very toxic culture, terrible pay, no training or development opportunities, favoritism. You do however learn grit and build a sales foundation as this role largely involves in person selling/cold interactions and you learn how to sell value quickly from practice.

Good training but below average base salary with low commission % , so even if you sell a high amount your pay is low. You can have good months but almost no one is making over 100K in the sales team. If you are starting sales this is a good role but not worth staying long term.
