After completing the onboarding process, signing, and delivering the necessary paperwork, I received a call the very next day informing me of a $9K decrease in compensation. Naturally, I expressed my concerns, and they responded by offering a "promotion" to a higher compensation tier with a raised quota. However, during the first week of training, they unexpectedly switched the product suite, limiting it to only one item for sale.
