Current Employee I accepted an offer from this company after some great interviews. The product suite seemed impressive, and the managers were all very personable. After completing the onboarding process, signing, and delivering the necessary paperwork, I received a call the very next day informing me of a $9K decrease in compensation. Naturally, I expressed my concerns, and they responded by offering a "promotion" to a higher compensation tier with a raised quota. However, during the first week of training, they unexpectedly switched the product suite, limiting it to only one item for sale.
