The company and product are genuinely strong—partners really value what we offer. That said, account management goals have started to feel a bit unrealistic, likely due to increased pressure from leadership or the board. Pay isn’t competitive compared to market. There’s been more micromanagement lately, which can be frustrating, but overall it’s still a solid place to work with a solution people believe in.

Amazing company to work for, lots of incentives. OTE could be higher for SDR/BDR's compared to some other roles out there, but overall great culture, professional development opportunities and company incentives.
