Former Employee Hygraph was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. The product lacks market fit, and qualified leads were virtually nonexistent. Most existing customers were unhappy and actively looking to churn. For sales professionals, it’s an incredibly frustrating environment with little room for success or growth. While many of my peers were intelligent, kind, and hardworking, they were consistently let down by toxic, incompetent leadership—from executives to middle management. Feedback was ignored, direction changed constantly, and accountability was nonexistent. If you're serious about your career and want to be part of a company with real traction, look elsewhere.
