Overall good experience for exposure to the tech industry and resume building. Good benefits and cool culture. Downsides: - BDR to AE path does NOT exist (exact words from management) - Standard promotion flow is BDR -> AM -> AE. But the list of BDR's waiting to get promoted even to AM is PLENTIFUL. Can someone break down the comp structure a bit? Are there levers to get paid more on multi year, billing terms, adding certain bundles? Do you take a cut on your commission in any cases if it's not done a certain way?
