Horrid. HR is untrustworthy and incompetent, and leadership is a bunch of old white males. The comp structure is a joke, and the culture is the most toxic I’ve ever been around. No trust amongst thieves is the best way to describe it. The customer is the furthest thing from anyone’s mind.
