Good experience overall. Before departing, there were significant changes that took place. Not sure if the opportunity is as good, the same or worse. Good product/market fit, lots of competitors, but the product was compelling enough to win in most verticals.

Poor Sales Leadership. Top Down Poor Communication. Saturate you into BDR Roles (minimum 2.5+ years) and onto AE ramp, very slow, with lower than market pay. Do not recommend.

Good culture and fun place to work with a good product but very inconsistent management. Constant priorities changing, starting to shift towards micromanagement, which is unfortunate since they used to focus heavily on independence and self reliance
