Former Employee Not good. Most reps are not hitting quota. Very outdated ways of doing business. CRM is a mess and amso clunky. Culture was terrible and no flexible work. Cheap. Browse Other Reviews

We're not really sure what you mean by outdated ways of doing business, but we do our best to support our sales team with updated applications, training, and consistent support from internal teams to ensure they are able to hit quota.
Company culture is what Impact was built on. We do our best to make sure our employees know we care - whether that's all company trips to Mexico, fun internal events, or free swag!
