As this company grew they tried to hire senior sales representatives. Experienced professionals, with track records of success, who they promised key accounts and large OTEs. These were false promises and of the 8 senior sales reps hired, all had left within 18 months. OTEs were unattainable, competent leadership was non-existent, and their was absolutely no accountability.

Great first job in sales, especially for people who didn't think they would go into sales. Experience with marketing is applicable because you sell to marketers. Good culture in the sales team, but not so much with company as a whole.

Higher quotas over time + churn rate of clients and having to constantly build new business makes it challenging to consistently hit quota. Company does have a good culture and professional development.
