It was an okay place to work. But very poor communication, some really bad managers in positions and lack of respect for staff.

Very unstable leadership. Went through three sales heads (1 was the CEO playing. Dual role, now it's the Marketing guy playing a dual role) and 4 different org structures. Poor delivery experience is drying up work from existing accounts and that makes it harder to grow. Expectations are to grow an existing account by 100-200%.
