Overall great company. As a rep, concerns exist around the Salesforce acquisition and becoming an overlay and having an account director.

Strong overall market fit as Informatica is Gartner leader in numerous Data Management Magic Quadrants. Heavy legacy on-premise PowerCenter customer base to churn over to cloud where lots of companies have made alternate moves with ecosystems or niche vendors. Comp plan continues to deteriorate in terms of multipliers but overall quota pretty static.

I’m less than a year in and this company is a mess. Everything from how they use their crm to their mediocre mgt, is smoke and mirrors. This is also reflective in the stock price. Should be much higher but too many Chiefs, not enough Indians.
