Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience at IR was decent. Had a great sales leader. Did not have great support from our inside team. Base compensation was not great, OTE was fair. The account management position required a lot of responsibility—too much for one salesperson to do at any given time and still be able to visit customers/sell.
