While you can make a lot of money here and they are a leader in Aesthetic equipment the company has a fear based culture that constantly has reps chasing approval and never feeling like their best effort is enough.

Incredible earning potential for self starters. For those who put in the work, the income and flexibility is incredible. Any negative review about this company is simply from former reps who weren’t meant for the role/company.

Micromanagement to the max. Managers required a summary email every day. Also when company held events, they would book rooms for employees to share without telling you. Super awkward to have to share a room with a person you don’t even know. Poor professional development.

My experience was poor. Little to no training with minimal ramp up period. Company culture was selfish and demeaning.
