Micromanagement to the max. Managers required a summary email every day. Also when company held events, they would book rooms for employees to share without telling you. Super awkward to have to share a room with a person you don’t even know. Poor professional development.

While you can make a lot of money here and they are a leader in Aesthetic equipment the company has a fear based culture that constantly has reps chasing approval and never feeling like their best effort is enough.
