Current Employee Inside Real Estate is well known in the industry as a top provider of tech solutions to brokers and agents. I will say that recent acquisitions and rebrands have made it a little tougher but that's to be expected. The company has really turned a corner with its sales team and culture, new leadership really knows what they are doing.
About the role itself, the best part about this is that you legitimately do have control over your own destiny...if you have strong sales organization, work ethic, and acumen...you can crush it...this is a role where your ability to sell/demo, prospect, be consistent, etc. is absolutely rewarded...its an even playing field across the board and there's no internal politics, favorites, account hoarding, etc. This is genuine sales and eat what you kill.
