Tough one. Need to give credit to the new leadership they brought in, they have done the best they can to turn things around and make it a thriving sales org but it all seems to be trending downward, hard to out-run poor foundation/fundamentals. Product doesn't have the best reputation and there are a host of cheaper alternatives that provide the same capability if not more. Glued together platform that never seems to live up to its promises and rebrands have seriously hurt the ability to sell. Marketing and demand generation seems to at an all time low leaving reps trying to hit a quota that is double or triple what is realistic with pure cold prospecting...most reps don't even come close most months.
