Great new resources and energy due to aquisition with Unbounce, however, there is currently a high turnover rate of existing Insightly employees. Both in leadership and below.

My overall experience was trying to persuade potential organizations that Insightly's laggy CRM tool was a bargain against stronger and better known CRMs. Culture was stiff with clear arrogance across the sales team. It was good until it wasn't. Leadership didn't know what to do when inbound dried up and VP of Marketing hated our VP of Sales so the quality went to hell. Our VP of Sales and director had no idea on how to build an outbound motion

My overall experience is positive for the company, but negative for the CRM space. We have a lot of great functions and customization but overall the CRM is saturated which makes it tough
