Honestly, the sales leadership team commits the sales cardinal sin…they over-promise and under-deliver. They have a superiority attitude and a “good old boys” club mentality. My overall experience was trying to persuade potential organizations that Insightly's laggy CRM tool was a bargain against stronger and better known CRMs. Culture was stiff with clear arrogance across the sales team.
