My overall experience is not great. Corporate structure forces you to sell internally which objectively is harder than selling an actual new client.

No diversity whatsoever in certain departments. I was the only person in my entire 80+ person department who wasn't white or a man and was told people dont trust mebbecause im not friendly enough.
