Would not recommend to a friend or to a more tenured rep. 2 years ago? Maybe. Now, no way. Lot of macroeconomic issues, executive sales leadership is not in touch with the day to day, lot of favoritism throughout the org, juice is not worth the squeeze. 10 % of sales org is hitting quota and they are because they sell nationally compared to the rest of the org that’s regional and they have more opportunities to sell into larger orgs.

The base salary is pretty good but only 27% of reps on average hit 80% or more to their monthly goal.

They put a BIG focus on the amount of calls/emails sent each day. Meeting sets are far and few between. Too many changes, felt like there wasn't time for a change to be implemented before pivoting to something else. They have promoted internally for leadership roles after many were laid off.
