Former Employee I've never worked at a company that has such little regard for its workers. They don't care if they hire 100 sales reps if 5 of them pan out. In my onboarding class of 15+ people every single person was gone within 15 months, almost entirely involuntarily. The Sales Director in Chicago said they're improving the culture by moving from PIPs to coaching plans but that was absolutely false. Look anywhere else for a job, especially if you're coming off a layoff. This will just be another gap on your resume that you'll need to explain to future recruiters. The CEO is incompetent as well.
