This company has a lot of internal work to do. Constantly changing the structure and will not change the one thing that everyone at the company agrees upon. Quota is unrealistic and if you hit quota, you’re lucky. There is zero diversity. Training is good, but commission structure is terrible. No work life balance and high turnover. I have been able to be successful here but it is a challenging environment. In order to succeed you must look at a target of 50-75% over your goal in order to meet quota consistently.
