DO NOT ACCEPT A JOB AT INSTAWORK. Read that first sentence again.... This company is ranked 4,080 out of 5,075 companies on Repvue. It's not a coincidence. Nobody hitting goal, dumb leadership, and a product that doesn't always deliver as promised. So much is out of your control to be successful and make money here. Every 1 star review is spot on. I have never been a part of a more disorganized and 2 faced company. The base is decent enough for an SDR role, but you can forget about hitting OTE. You are not selling software you are selling temporary labor in an OVER-saturated market.
