Current Employee During my tenure with Instawork I have seen many changes and adjustments both positive and negative. Unfortunately, those positives remain in the past with many of the negatives rearing their head during present times. Upper management - specifically newer management have sought to swap the importance of an authentic sales approach by playing to a reps strengths for a cookie cutter sales approach.
