Was only at the company for 2 months until I was laid off. Transparency and direction is lacking from leadership and they are pushing a culture that is based on fear. Reps that went to PC are being put on PIPs if they miss quota 1 month. Layoffs every month and prior to me being there as well. All new hires across multiple offices since the beginning of the year have been laid off after 2 months of being in their role. And they keep saying this is the last layoff but it keeps happening every month. Product is decent and they are the top in their space.

Overall experience started strong but diminished greatly since the start of the year. Lotta negative changes. Really tough environment to sell. No inbound at all.
